PUBLICIDADEO “Trono de Ferro” não faz parte das ambições de Isabel II…
De visita à Irlanda do Norte, a rainha de Inglaterra visitou os estúdios da famosa série de televisão “Guerra dos Tronos” em Belfast e foi recebida por alguns dos atores.
Segundo o jornal The Guardian, a monarca britânica terá recusado sentar-se no trono tão disputado na série, embora tenha aceite uma versão miniatura do mesmo, oferecida pelo produtor executivo da série, Dan Weiss.
Acompanhada pelo marido, o Duque de Edimburgo, Isabel II passou também em revista adereços e vestimentas usadas na “Guerra dos Tronos”.
A popular saga da norte-americana HBO, baseada nos livros de George R. R. Martin, injetou, desde 2009, 82 milhões de libras na economia da Irlanda do Norte e criou 900 empregos a tempo inteiro.
Num momento menos lúdico, mas bastante simbólico, Isabel II tinha visitado antes a antiga prisão de Crumlin Road, onde estiveram encarcerados o protestante Peter Robinson e o católico Martin McGuiness, atualmente “número 1” e “número 2” do governo norte-irlandês.
A rainha de Inglaterra frisou que a Irlanda do Norte é um “exemplo” para o mundo pela capacidade do seu povo para “superar as divergências”.
